What Is Our 6 Week Challenge?

An Overview

Our 6 Week Challenge is Joe’s favorite offering because it gives him a chance to demonstrate why his results cannot be beat!

All challengers will work with Joe (and the rest of the team) to drop at least 25lbs or 6% body fat in 6 weeks or less.

If you do your part- Joe will MAKE SURE you succeed!

As this challenge requires strict adhesion to a nutrition plan and workout regime, this challenge is reserved strictly for people who are serious about changing their lives!

What’s Required Of You

A Challenger’s Responsibilities

In Addition To Losing 25lbs or 6% Body Fat with 6 weeks,

A Challenge Must Also Complete The Following Tasks To Successfully Complete The Challenge:


Attend At Least A Minimum of 3 Workouts Per Week
Workout is credited only if checked in on Facebook. Challenger must check into the facility on Facebook AT LEAST 18 times during the 6-week period to receive refund.
Submit To Before & After Photos Taken At The Gym
Challengers must also agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes and release Joe Lantz’s Fitness Kickboxing from any liability resulting from such use.
Sign Up For/Attend Weekly Weigh Ins with Meal Plan Accountability
Challengers must weigh in at the gym weekly. Challengers must also agree to document EVERYTHING that they eat each week and bring it with them to their weekly weigh-in.
Tell Others About Your Experience By Reviewing The Gym
Challenger agrees to write a review to the facility on Google or Facebook after the program is over before receiving refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Do to the hands-on approach the gym takes with all 6 week challengers, we MUST limit the amount of challengers allowed to start per week. As such, there may be a delay between when you sign up for the challenge and when you are able to begin. (All start dates will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.)
