Come in for your free intro session and see how we can transform your health and fitness. We cater to members of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. Whether an Olympic athlete or coach potato, we pride ourselves in results and want to help you reach your potential.
Contact us and let us know when you want to come in. We will ask you to arrive ten minutes early, give you gloves to use, explain that day's class structure, and have an instructor assist you during your class. When class is over we'll sit down and answer any questions you have about our program and what the membership options are at that time.
Members can attend unlimited classes from a proven world-class training program developed and perfected by Joe Lantz, a former pro boxer who has trained pro athletes from 4 different sports.
