2017 – 2019 — Next Level Fitness Kickboxing Fitness Gym
Developed the concept, design and training regimen. Daily management and programming utilizing heavy bags, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, Jump Stretch bands and boards, battle ropes, sliding disks, glute/hamstring reverse hyper benches and a myriad of exercises and techniques honed over twenty years.
An average client loses twenty-five (25) pounds or more and six percent (6%) body fat or more in six weeks, and three inches (3") off their waist.
2014 – 2017 — Personal Trainer
Trained athletes in speed, agility, and strength at personal studio. Trained over 100 brides-to-be, helping them to transform their bodies in preparation for their weddings.
